Product Description
xProfix TS45 Concealed fixed flat panel façade system is a unique aluminium vertical rail system specifically designed for use with Trespa® Meteon® vertical panels. TS45 offers a greater design scope due to its 45mm cavity that can be increased up to 450mm when fixed in conjunction with special stand-off brackets. This allows flexibility when designing for either new buildings or over cladding existing façades and means TS45 can offer an economical solution for straightening existing structures.
TS45 is ideally suited to multi-level applications with complex design requirements, such as parapets, and can be specifically designed to achieve a rail spanning capability of up to 1.2m.
Trespa panels are configured vertically with 10mm expressed joints and creative use of colour and panel widths can enhance even the simplest façade.
TS45 is tested to and or compliant with the requirements of AS/NZS 4284 and sections B1, B2 & E2 of the NZBC.
Scope: Where to use TS45
- Suitable for use as a multi-level residential or commercial cladding façade
- Fixed over a Rigid Air Barrier compliant with Table 23 of E2/AS1: August 201 and 3604: 2011
- Approved for use in wind zones up to 2.5 kPa ULS wind pressure or 64.5 m/s
Note: For use in wind zones exceeding 2.5kPa wind pressure the system and fixings must be specified as site specific by the system suppliers
- Suitable for use in all environments including sea spray zones when powdercoated
- Suitable for use with 8.0mm or 10mm Trespa® Meteon® installed vertically in panel sizes up to 2.5m x 1.2m
Note: Panel sizes exceeding those above must be specified as site specific by the system supplier
- TS45 vertical rails have a spanning capability subject to in use conditions where framing setout does not allow direct fixing
