Replacement & insert windows
Product Description
Replacement windows are one of the best investments you can make in your home.
Apart from low maintenance, new aluminium joinery will also give a greatly improved street appeal. Windows and doors have an affect on how much energy a building uses, how warm or cold they are and how comfortable they are for the occupants.
By using double glazing when replacing your joinery you can improve on heating and cooling costs and make yourself snug all year round.
Colours and finishes
Powdercoated
Our standard option is the powdercoated range, with 40 colourways to choose from.
Anodised
Another alternative is the anodised finish. Extremely hard-wearing and scratch-resistant, it is ideal for coastal properties. There are five available colours in a Mist finish.
Eurowood
Our Eurowood™ woodgrain is a heat-bonded coating that offers the look of timber, with the durability of aluminium. There are 10 colours available in this versatile finish.
Coating warranties
These suites use D1010 premium architectural powder coatings to provide a durable, resilient colour finish. Our powder coatings are warranted for 15 years for residential applications*, for both colour integrity and film integrity, when applied and tested in accordance with AS3715-2002.
*Some conditions apply – please contact [email protected] or your Fairview or Elite fabricator for more information.
All Eurowood™ finishes are warranted for a 10 year period. Anodising is available in either 15 micron, 20 micron or 25 micron thicknesses. The thicker the layer, the longer the life. In coastal and geothermal areas, a thicker grade of anodize should be specified.
