QwickBuild is the only system that provides a low height, level & stable solution for supporting not only decking but also for exterior tiles, turf or a combination. Designed as a low risk floating floor system for installations over waterproof membranes.  The versatile system is also ideal as a sub-frame over concrete, pavers or natural ground.  QwickBuild can support Outdure's composite decking ranges CasaDeck & ResortDeck or, if your prefer, other premium composites can also be used.

MADE OF MOISTURE-PROOF, LIGHTWEIGHT MATERIALS

The proprietary system comprises of a comprehensive range of patented beam profiles, fastening & support components & additional accessories.  The beams & components are manufactured from lightweight structural aluminium with marine-grade anodized or powder coated finish or electrophoresis 304 stainless steel.  Other system components include brackets, clips, anchors, fasteners, access & ventilation grates, adjustable heights pedestals & aluminium turf baseboards to support the synthetic turf over the frames.

How are pavers and tiles installed on QuickBuild?

In addition to installing tiles using traditional methods such as pedestals, QwickBuild sub-structure system is a durable, stable solution ideal for many projects including tiles over membrane & when a low finish is required.

INSTALL OVER MULTIPLE SUBSTRATES

Designed for waterproof membranes, concrete & existing tiles & pavers & natural ground.  QwickBuild offers the most features & benefits for deck structures under 400mm in height, especially areas where deck structures are built over a waterproof membrane.  The system offers low height capabilities enabling the construction of deck structures with flush internal & external floor levels that are complex integrated surfaces.  the convenience of transporting made-to-measure frames to site and significantly reduced installation time on site makes QwickBuild cost-effective.
