Gerard Calibre is suitable for use on buildings that comply with NZS 3604.

Code-compliant for the following environmental conditions:

  • Wind Zone - Specific Design
  • Corrosion Zone - Corrosion Zone D
  • Seismic Zone - High

 

Installation requirements 

  • Minimum roof pitch 15 degrees.
  • System is Code-compliant on the condition it is installed by a licensed applicator / installer.
  • Rafters and valley boards are to be correctly installed by the builder before roofing can start (refer to the Builders' Checklist).
 

If alterations are made to the home after the installation of the roof - such as fitting of chimneys, extension, installation of skylights etc - it is important to ensure that the materials that are used are compatible with the roofing material.

It is recommended to chemically clean the roof before growths are seen as a preventative maintenance measure.
