DécorSlat is a panelised slat system offering options in real timber veneer and paint finishes. Achieving a Group 1-S fire rating, DécorSlat is the newest addition to Décortech's decorative, acoustic and firesafe range.
Timber battens are currently on trend, but architects are struggling to comply with fire requirements while staying within budget when using timber. The DécorSlat panelised slat system is an ideal cost-effective fire rated solution — allowing timber panels to be used in spaces where they were previously unsuitable due to fire requirements. With DécorSlat panelised slat systems, designers can create a dynamic, elegant and striking space utilising the look of timber battens.
DécorSlat panelised slat systems are available in a standard 2400 x 1200mm panel or can be sized to suit project requirements. Designers can choose from Décortech’s standard slat range or customise the size of the face slats and the spacing in-between to create a bespoke look. Depending on the desired result finishes can be specified from Décortech's large range of real timber veneers or from Décortech’s extensive colour range for an eye catching paint-finish.
As the DécorSlat panels are supplied pre-finished, the need for onsite construction and messy intumescent painting is eliminated. This ensures fast installation and lower onsite costs.
