OneSeal is a patented, airtight, water resistant solution for round or rectangular pipes, cables or conduits, when passing through underlay or rigid air barriers in all building types. OneSeal is both part of the BRANZ appraised One Wrap system and appraised separately, a multi-product integrated wall membrane system designed to assist with the passive control of air and moisture in buildings.
Created especially for plumbers and electricians, OneSeal is installed directly on the building underlay and does not require any special tools. The product is self-adhesive and installed without need for additional sealing, glue, jointing or tape. It comes in two convenient sizes; 260x260mm and 195x195mm.
OneSeal is uv stabilised and highly durable and its pre-notched seals ensure you’ll have the correct size every time. Pipe seals accommodate pipes or conduits ranging from 15 to 110 mm. Cable seals cope with cables and conduits varying from 7 to 22 mm and 80 mm trunking. Once installed, pipes and cables can be adjusted, and One Seal has a temperature resistance which ranges from -40°C to +80°C.
