STANDARDISED PB & PEX PIPE

• SecuraOne® PB and PEX pipes are made to the same metric SDR9 dimensions to provide a standardised yet high performance offer. 
• Makes it easier to select and purchase either pipe depending on the job requirements.

ONE SET OF TOOLS

• One set of SecuraOne® tools are all that’s needed for crimping SecuraOne® fittings for both SecuraOne® PB and SecuraOne PEX pipes. 
• Less tools required to tackle most jobs if using SecuraOne® PEX or PB and fittings.

QUALITY & PERFORMANCE WITH PN20 PRESSURE RATING

• SecuraOne® PB pipes are made from the same high-performance materials as the SecuraGold™ range but to the new metric SDR9 dimensions. The new dimensions provide a thicker wall section giving a PN20 pressure rating and better overall long-term performance.
• SecuraOne® PEX pipes are made from high grade PE100 compounds meaning it has a higher minimum required strength than PE80 based PEX pipes, the use of PE100 compounds allows SecuraOne® PEX pipes to have a PN20 pressure rating and better overall long-term performance.

LEAD-FREE BRASS FITTINGS

• Made from lead free brass so SecuraOne® fittings meet the new building code regulations for drinking water safety.

ENHANCED FITTING DESIGN

• With enhanced fitting design and a comprehensive range including transition fittings to connect the new SecuraOne® pipe to the old SecuraGold™ PB. 
• SecuraOne® fittings have longer barbs for better pipe to fitting alignment and with more barbs for better sealing and grip performance, including an additional pipe grip barb to hold the pipe in place while crimping. 
• The crimp ring positive lock is achieved by the retainer rings which also have four pipe inspection windows to ensure pipes are fully inserted before crimping.
