Moss & Mould Killer
Product Description
Resene Moss & Mould Killer is a hypochlorite based wash with extreme efficiency of killing and bleaching most common moulds and fungi. Should be used prior to repainting of cementitious surfaces as mould growth is normally present.
How to recognise mould: On painted surfaces mould looks like dirt and frequently the two cannot be visually distinguished. The most common species are black but others may be brown or green. By wetting the surface and rubbing, mould will show up as slime.
Colour: Colourless.

Performance:
1. Mould is a major cause of paint disfigurement. It destroys the paint's fresh, clean appearance and left unchecked shortens the life of the paint film. Unless removed within a few months of its appearance, mould penetrates the body of the existing film and once firmly established, will grow through subsequent paint coatings impairing adhesion and ruining the appearance of the paintwork.
Limitations:
1. Cannot be added to paint for use as a fungicide. Please ensure the current Data Sheet and Safety Data Sheet are consulted prior to specification or application of product.
