Masons Insulation Strap is a high strength polypropylene woven and coated strap. Used to secure underlay and insulation for roof and wall applications. Available in easy to handle 50m and 250m rolls for fast application.

Technical Data

As per NZBC The Building-wrap requires to be restrained from bulging into a drained cavity where stud spacings are greater than 450 mm. This to prevent the building wrap and insulation from protruding into the drained cavity. Acceptable means of achieving this are by using strapping at 300mm centres fixed horizontally and drawn taut.
