The sanitary vent provides a means to release sewage gases to the exterior of the structure or outdoors through the roof. The flow of air is the primary consideration in the design of a sanitary venting system for discharge from sanitary fixtures or appliances. The most significant benefit of our vent is that it is entirely integrated into the roofing system, meaning complete weather-tightness peace of mind.
Ventilation is a big topic these days when it comes to roof spaces or in-house ventilation. Modern houses become increasingly more insulated and air-tight, however, with cold and humid weather conditions like in New Zealand, house owners may still experience water dripping from the exhaust cooker or other outlet vents from bathrooms or laundry room. The unique design of our roofing system means there are no penetration cut on the roof and no need for ancillary trades to get up on the roof after the roofer has completed the install.
