Euro Beech is one of the most popular wood species in Europe. (40 years ago it was only used for Firewood) It is Whitish to yellow in colour but darkens with a slightly reddish tinge once lacquered or oiled. A relatively straight grain with very small flecks are unique characteristics of the Euro Beech veneer. Comes on a birch plywood core.
All kinds of surface treatment are possible and the wood is particularly suitable for dark staining.
