Blacktop
Product Description
Resene Blacktop is a cold applied, heavy-bodied, slip-resistant topping for rejuvenating aged or worn asphalt. Based on a bitumen emulsion with graded fillers that dries to produce a durable, weather and wear resistant finish.
Typical uses:
- Asphalt driveways
- Asphalt paths
- Asphalt playgrounds
- Asphalt recreational areas
- Asphalt tennis courts.
Colour: Black, red, green.
Performance:
1. Easy to apply.
2. Slip-resistant finish.
3. Rejuvenates aged or worn asphalt.

Limitations:
1. Film may be susceptible to mechanical damage in the early stages of drying.
2. Do not apply at temperatures below 10°C or when it is liable to drop below 10°C during the drying period.
3. Spills of solvent or petrol will result in colour change of Resene Blacktop Green and Red.
4. Due to the nature of Resene Blacktop, batch to batch variations in colour can be expected.
