Product Description
Accoya is a modified timber - a substitute for tropical hardwoods
Modified by means of Acetylation, this process renders the timber more durable and more stable than almost all other timbers. The timber is sourced from NZ but is modified in Holland.
The product is FSC certified.
The Accoya is not as hard as Kwila or Vitex, and is more brittle, but does not bleed, and is stable enough to use as a 190 x 20 board.
