An exciting blend of architecture and craftsmanship means that Canterbury’s post-quake building challenges are in great hands. Renowned for its high calibre designs, O’Neil Architecture has created this stunning bespoke Christchurch residence in Fendalton.
Using the engineered strength of feature tubular steel, living spaces float effortlessly, defying Canterbury’s shaky recent history. Solid and defined proportions made from plaster and basalt are emphasised by extensive glazing, providing a warm, open living environment.
This home was constructed and finished with professional craft and skill by all trades involved. The Rockcote plastered INTEGRA Lightweight Concrete Façade System was supplied, installed and finished by Glen and the team at Properly Plastered Ltd., Christchurch.
