CANTAC POLY-TAC Canister Adhesive Blue 13.8kg

POLY-TAC is an industrial strength, contact spray adhesive formulated for bonding Expanded Polystyrene Foam (EPS) to itself and many other materials. POLY-TAC can be sprayed directly onto EPS surfaces without damaging the foam. Superior bond strength properties and exceptional tack make POLY-TAC an excellent choice for permanent bonding of EPS.  Also excellent for general purpose bonding: plywood; MDF; metal; concrete: insulation and most construction materials.

POLY-TAC contains no toxic methylene chloride commonly present in competing products so it is much safer to apply.

BONDS
POLY-TAC will effectively bond polystyrene, urethane foam, particleboard, MDF, timber, concrete, carpet, felt, fabrics, paper products, duct insulation, steel, aluminium, moulded fiberglass, and many other materials.

PREPARATION
For best results all surfaces to be bonded must be clean, dry and free from dirt, dust, oil, loose paint, wax and grease. The temperature of the adhesive and the surfaces being bonded should ideally be between 15°C - 27°C.

CLEAN UP
Clean tip after use with CANTAC Citrus Cleaner. Excess adhesive and overspray may be removed with CANTAC Citrus Cleaner, Acetone, WOODLOK GLAZE-AWAY & DSOLV-AWAY, GLUE GURU 05CR or most Industrial Solvents.

LIMITATIONS
POLY-TAC is not suitable for High Pressure Laminates (HPL). POLY-TAC is not recommended for Vinyl Flooring. TESTING Always test the suitability of the product for your application before use.
