A bold and revolutionary new commercial and residential corrugated profile arising from the respected True Oak range of roofing and cladding products. Aesthetically pleasing, functional and providing many design benefits, True Oak Deep® will be viewed as a replacement for the 'fibre cement' and asbestos products of yesteryear and providing design inspiration for new builds.

True Oak Deep® is manufactured in any length and is supplied from a wide selection of unpainted substrates or pre-painted and pre-painted aluminium coatings.

Roofing Industries True Oak® Deep is a return to bolder corrugate profile for roofing and wall cladding, available in a wide range of metal substrates and surface finishes including galvanised, Zincalume, Aluminium-zinc-magnesium, Aluminium.

True Oak Deep® is exclusive to Roofing Industries and as an extremely difficult product to roll-form, required the very latest in advanced manufacturing technology in bringing the product to reality. As a forerunner to True Oak Deep® — True Oak Corrugate has already been readily accepted and widely used by specifiers throughout the country particularly taking into consideration the benefits of lower pitch, versatility, spanning, physical strength and finally aesthetics. It is expected True Oak Deep will be equally as popular.

Manufactured from .55 BMT (Standard) G550 Zincalume substrate, and .90 Aluminium

True Oak® Deep Corrugate is a bolder corrugate wall and roof cladding for non-specifically designed timber-framed buildings designed and constructed in accordance with B1/AS1, NZS3604 and E2/AS1, non-specifically designed steel-framed buildings to NASH 3405, and specifically designed buildings in accordance with B1/VM1 and AS/NZS 1170.
When used as a roof cladding:
- True Oak® Deep may be used with a minimum roof gradient of 3 degrees
- When used as a wall cladding
- True Oak® Deep may be fixed vertically directly to wall framing where the Risk Score is 0-20
- When fixed horizontally/vertically, True Oak® Deep must be fixed over a nominal 20mm drained cavity where the Risk Score is 0-20
- A specific design is required where the Risk Score is greater than 20
